Request account or data deletion
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. We will delete:
- Your name and email address
- Your subscription preferences (city, test centres, date range)
- Your push notification device token(s)
- Your notification history
Option 1 — Delete from the app
Open the Test Switch app → go to the Account tab → tap "Unlink this device". This immediately removes your push token and unlinks your device.
Option 2 — Email us
Send an email to support@testswitch.co.uk with the subject line "Delete my account" and include your submission code or the email address you used to subscribe. We will permanently delete all your data within 7 days and confirm by email.
Data retention
After a deletion request is processed, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems. Anonymous usage logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security purposes before being automatically purged.
